General Park information

Tom’s Cove RV Park is open seasonally from March 1 through November 30 each year. The park is closed during the winter months.

Yes. RVs can remain on-site year-round, provided they are winterized and secured.

Yes, pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted in buildings or the swimming area (with the exception of service animals), may not be left unattended, and must be kept quiet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Yes, golf carts are permitted, but drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with all park rules regarding motorized vehicles. 

Yes. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted.

Campsites & Utilities

Yes. Tom’s Cove offers a limited number of seasonal RV sites. Seasonal stays allow guests to leave their RV set up for the season and return as often as they like during the park’s operating months. Seasonal availability is limited and handled directly by the park.

Tom’s Cove offers a mix of campsite options. Some sites include full hookups with sewer, some offer water and electric, and some sites are available with no hookups.
If you reserve a campsite that includes a sewer hookup, that feature is guaranteed as part of your booking. Site features are confirmed based on the campsite type selected at the time of reservation.

Yes. Tom’s Cove allows guests to choose a specific campsite when booking. The site’s features and hookups are confirmed based on the campsite selected at the time of reservation.

Most campsites offer 30-amp or 50-amp electric service, depending on the site. Guests may need extension cords or adapters in some cases. These items are available for purchase onsite, based on availability.

Wi-Fi information and access details are provided at the welcome center and included in the guest welcome materials. Availability and performance may vary by location within the park.

Cell service varies by carrier and location throughout the park. Most guests report usable service, but coverage and signal strength are not guaranteed.

Reservations, Rates & Policies

Deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to your reservation date. Please refer to the reservation terms in Campspot for full details.

For extended stay cancellations, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the manager’s discretion.

Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. 

Nightly rates include up to four (4) people per campsite. Additional guests may be subject to limits or restrictions.

A 10% discount is available for First Responders, including active or retired military, paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, state troopers, police officers, and county sheriffs. Valid ID is required.

Amenities & On-Site Services

Yes. Tom’s Cove features fishing piers, marina access, and a boat ramp, making it a popular choice for guests who enjoy fishing, crabbing, and boating.

Yes. Tom’s Cove has an on-site swimming pool. Pool hours are dawn to dusk. Towels are not provided, and guests swim at their own risk.

Yes. Bagged ice is available for purchase at the welcome center.

The welcome center is open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the operating season.

Yes. Complimentary water and cookies are available at the welcome center. Additional items may be available for purchase.

Weather & Safety

We evaluate all severe weather situations on a case-by-case basis. Guests should follow all mandates and recommendations from local authorities. Please note that we do not have backup power on-site, and there is no emergency shelter available.
